2021-22 Short Term Category 2 Enhanced Skills Application

This form is for one-month category 2 training within the 2021-2022 year. This short-term funding opportunity is designed to support recent graduates who, due to the COVID-19 crisis, have had limited exposure to certain experiences required by their communities.

    • Required Supporting Letters

      We require the following 4 letters: Letter of Community Support (1): This is a letter from someone in the community (hospital Chief of Staff, Chair of the CHC etc.) identifying the need and confirming the willingness of the community to utilize the skills of the physician once acquired. Letter of good academic standing from your previous Site Director (1). Letters of reference (2). All of the above should be sent directly from your referees to the Enhanced Skills office via email.
